Creation: This wine is a result of a careful analysis and selection of Chardonnay grapes grown in the Northern Salento area. A product fresh and delicate as only the Chardonnay can be with an original sparkling sensation. The careful control, first of all, of the fermentation, and then, of the maturation, gives to this wine it’s genuine personality and liveliness.
Color: Straw yellow with green reflexes.
Bouquet: Very intense fruity flavor.
Taste: Dry, lightly sparkling and persistent.
Food suggested: Ideal with hors-d’oeuvres, shellfish, fish and white meats. Excellent as aperitif.

Total acidity: 5,3g/I
Best served: Fresh at 8° C – 45° F.
